From Outside of the Busan Area

From Gimhae International Airport We recommend you catch Seat Bus No. 307 at Bus Terminal No. 3 of Gimhae International Airport, get off at Gwanghye Hospital Bus Stop, and then transfer to Bus No. 121 or No. 202. You are recommended to get off at the Gate of Pusan National University. It will take about one hour from the airport, and the bus fare is KRW 1,500 for seat buses and KRW 1,200 for general buses. We recommend you to get on Seat Bus No. 307 at Bus Terminal No. 3 of Gimhae International Airport, get off at Dongrae Subway Station Bus Stop, transfer to Subway Line No. 1, which is bound for Nopo-dong. Pass through three stations, and then get off at Pusan National University Station. It will take about one hour from the airport, and about 10 to 15 minutes from the station to the main gate of PNU on foot. The bus fare is KRW 1,500 for seat buses, and the subway fare is KRW 1,100. It will take about 40 minutes from Gimhae International Airport to Pusan National University, and the taxi fare will be approximately KRW 20,000. From Busan Station If you arrive at Busan Station by rail, you are recommended to go to Busan Station Square and buy a subway ticket at Busan Subway Station. You are recommended to take subway Line No. 1, which is bound for Nopo-dong, and get off at Pusan National University Station. It will take about 30 minutes from Busan Station to Pusan National University, and it will take an additional 10 to 15 minutes to the main gate of the University on foot. It will cost KRW 1,200.

From Busan Central Bus Terminal at Nopodong If you use an express bus to get to Busan, you are recommended to get off at Nopo-dong Express Bus Terminal, which is the final destination. We recommend you to get on subway line No. 1, which is bound for Sinpyeong, at Nopo-dong Subway Station, which is connected to the express bus terminal, and get off at Pusan National University Station. It will take approximately 15 minutes by subway, and the subway fare is KRW 1,100.

From Busan Port International Passenger Terminal at Jungang-dong We recommend you to get on Metro at Jungang Station(#112) on Line 1, which is bound for Nopo Station. Pass through sixteen stations, and then get off at Pusan National University Station(#128). It will take about 30 min from the Busan port, and about 10 to 15 minutes from the station to the main gate of PNU on foot. The fare is KRW 1,300.

From Downtown Busan by Mass Transit

By Bus City buses whose routes pass through Pusan National University are as follows:

By Subway The easiest way to get to PNU Pusan Campus from downtown Busan by mass transit is to use the subway. You are recommended to get off at Pusan National University Subway Station on Subway Line No. 1, leave the station via exit No. 3, and walk to the main gate of PNU. If you wish to visit Sangnam International House or buildings near the north gate, you are recommended to get off at Jangjeon Subway Station and use the ramp opposite to the traffic lane. The subway fare ranges from KRW 1,200 to KRW 1,400, and it may vary depending on the distance.
